Sandeep Dhillon - Talmix CEO

Following is the CV (resume) of the Talmix CEO, Sandeep Dhillon.  You will notice at the top of Page 2 it says “We offer a product and service that offers full transparency and a centralised view on talent acquisition.”

“Full transparency”??  This doesn’t match up with reality.  For the better part of a year, the company was likely trading whilst insolvent – meanwhile, Sandeep continued to promise consultants they would be paid … all the while planning to sell the company assets (collecting hundreds of thousands of pounds) and bankrupting the entity holding consultant liabilities.  Plus, his CFO has muliple identites on the Internet … what’s going on here, then? Is it poor management, indifference, or is it fraud?

If you are thinking about doing business with Sandeep or Talmix, be VERY careful.  Be sure to conduct a THOROUGH due diligence.

Sandeep quoted in CityAM article

In this article Sandeep says ““I really hope that the slightly more upbeat messaging from Rachel Reeves [last] week will lead to a recognition that growth is the outcome we should focus on, regardless of what is needed to fix the foundations…”

If you are an employee or contractor who hasn’t been paid by Sandeep, you’ll understand his quote much better. He plans to try to grow Talmix despite not paying his employees or contractors. In his own words, he eloquently summarizes his strategy. Don’t focus on fundamentals of his business, but try to grow the business in the meantime. He’s a capitalist gone awry, ultimately shorting his own staff and contractors.
